Your eyes open, but the darkness does not subside. As time passes, barely audible mumors arise. Slowly the voices grow louder, and patches of color begin to appear. Your body is numb. You try to move, but find your limbs unresponsive. Seconds later, your arms begin to tingle followed by the rest of your body. Feeling begins to return, but you immediately regret it. It feels as if you are frozen solid, and that you are slowly thawing from the inside out. 'Restoration at 75%' reports an unknown voice. 'Good, he's making excellent progress. Another fifteen minutes and he should be completly recovered.' Shapes begin to form in your blurred vision. You are able to make out the outline of two medical personel, who seem very preoccupied with some piece of equipment. The equipment begins to flash, causing one taller of the two doctors to nod. With that, the shorter exits the room through a door at the south end of the chamber. 'You should be good to move now.' explains the remaining doctor. You painfully lift your legs and exit the car sized contraption that you had awoken in. Stretching your muscles, you look around the room. [italic type]Where am I? More importantly, who am I?[roman type] To your dismay, you have forgotten everything up to this point. 'Where am I?' you ask the doctor. He looks at you puzzled for a moment, then responds 'Hmm, memory loss? Not a common side effect of the cryogenic sleep, but not completely unheard of. Your possessions are on the table over there, maybe they will refresh your memory. Other than that, all I can tell you is that your quarters is in room 54.' [end if]You're in the medical facility. " The Doctor is a man in the Medical Facility. "The doctor seems very busy, constantly monitoring one thing or another." The description of The Doctor is "He stares back at you. You divert your eyes uncomfortably." After asking the doctor about "Where", say "'You're on the starship Antinum.'" . The long desk is in the medical facility. On the desk, there is clothing and a backpack. clothing is wearable. The description of clothing is "Some worn out jeans and a button-up shirt." Every turn: If the player is not wearing clothing, say "[italic type]It seems a bit drafty[roman type]." The backpack is a player's holdall. Inside the backpack are a stun gun, and a DVD. The description of stun gun is "A sleek weapon, used to passify unrurely targets. You can see a compartment on the bottem." A container called bottem compartment is part of the stun gun. Bottem compartment is closed and openable. Bottem compartment is locked. A screwdriver unlocks bottem compartment. Inside bottem compartment is a battery. The description of battery is "It[apostrophe]s not just a battery, it[apostrophe]s a duracell." The description of a DVD is "It's marked 'Project Life.'" The backpack is closed and openable. Before going to the Long Hallway: If the player is not wearing clothing, Instead say "[italic type]Running naked through the halls? Maybe later[roman type]." South of the Medical facility is the Long Hallway. The description of the long Hallway is "[if unvisited]When you first step into the hallway, you are bothered by how you have absolutely no recollection of it.[end if]Numerous locked rooms line the hallway. There is an east and west exit, but the west exit appears sealed off." Solid Metal door is south of Long Hallway. "Room 54 is on the south side of the hallway." Through it is a room called Room 54. A shiny metal door is north of Room 54. The description of Shiny Metal Door is "This is the door you came through." Through it is Long Hallway. Solid Metal door is lockable and locked. The keycode unlocks Solid metal door. The description of Room 54 is "[if unvisited]Steping into this room, you hope to regain some part of your lost memory. Unfortunely, this room is just as unfamiliar as the rest of the Antinum. [end if]'Home sweet home', or atleast that's what you're told." A supporter called a bunk bed is inside Room 54. The description of the bunk bed is "One bed on top of the other. Pretty standard." A supporter called a desk is inside Room 54. The description of the desk is "Four legs and a drawer. Pretty intense." A closed container called drawer is part of the desk. The drawer is openable. Inside the drawer is a picture of Mark. The description of picture of Mark is "It is a picture of Mark hugging people who are probably his parents." Inside the drawer is a screwdriver. The description of screwdriver is "Used for both screwing and unscrewing screws. Modern technology is amazing!" A container called a multimedia device is inside Room 54. The Multimedia Device is closed, and openable. The Multimedia Device is not portable. The description of Multimedia device is "Something to play CD[apostrophe]s and DVD[apostrophe]s. There is a battery compartment." A container called battery compartment is part of multimedia device. Battery compartment is closed and openable. East of the long hallway is the The Cafeteria. The description of the cafeteria is "[if unvisited]The cafeteria is filled with people you dont know. You find your way to a table in the middle of the room and sit down. [italic type]Well now what? I can't get into my room, and I don't know anyone.[roman type]During your pondering, a young man approaches you. 'Hey, I figured I would find you here. The deep freeze always makes me hungry too.' says the young man. He obviously knows you. 'Who are you? I'm sorry, but I don't seem to remember much lately.' 'Memory loss? Hmm, I think I remember my cousin telling me about something like this. I[apostrophe]m sure its just temporary. As you will probably soon remember, I[apostrophe]m your roommate, Mark Toline. Anyways, I have to jet. I[apostrophe]ll see you later tonight.' 'Wait, whats the key to our room?' 'Here I[apostrophe]ll write it down. Later.' and with that, Mark quickly leaves the room. [end if]" a table is in the cafeteria. On the table is a keycode. The description of a keycode is "A small slip of paper with a barely legible keycode scribbled on it." Winning is a scene. Winning begins when play begins. Winning ends when the dvd is in the multimedia device and when the battery is in the battery compartment. When Winning ends, say "As the DVD begins to play, you watch anxiously for something that will spark your memory. For the first few seconds, there is nothing but static. Suddenly, a news report begins playing. 'Today, I have the priveledge of reporting to you an event that will one day be considered amoung man-kinds greatest achievements. In just a couple of moments, the starship Antinum will be departing for its long journey to Mars. This is the first manned mission to another planet. The crew chosen to man this mighty vessel will be taking turns monitoring vital systems while the rest of the crew is put into a cryogenic sleep. I think everyone will join me in wishing everyone aboard a safe and fruitful journey.' The clip ends with a video of the crew waving. After a moment, you realize that you are amoung them." When Winning ends, end the game in victory. Option is a scene. Option begins when play begins. Option ends when the dvd is in the multimedia device and when the battery is not in the battery compartment. When Option ends, say "Well, the DVD is in there, but I don't think it has power."
