Welcome to the On-Line Cookbook

This web site was designed for CIS577, and illustrates some of the useful applications of multimedia. You must have Microsoft Agent Control, and the Lernout & Hauspie TruVoice text-to-speech engine installed onto your PC. Both of these small in size and very simple to install. You can click on the links below to download the programs. Once they're downloaded, double click each of their icons to install the programs. Also, the recipes are real, so feel free to try them.

Microsoft Agent Control (.EXE file, 331K)

The Lernout & Hauspie TruVoice text-to-speech engine (.EXE file, 833K)

Note: If you receive a "HTTP Error 404" page, try the link again. This means that microsoft's server, where these files are stored at, is busy to handle requests at that time.

After you have downloaded these files, install them and come back to this site using Microsoft Internet Explorer, version 3.0 or greater
