~ Completed Application (14 page Rackham Graduate Application)

~ Official Bachelor's Degree Diploma & Transcript with Degree Deferred  - Original, directly from the University/College Registrar's office or an official "True Copy" is accepted

~ Statement of Purpose - A brief description of why and what you expect, along with your specific interests

~ Personal Statement - A well-written statement about your academic background, your goals, and why you want to attend here. 

~ Resume/Curriculum Vitae (4 page limit)

~ 3 Letters of Recommendation - 1 may come from your Employer- Prefer Instructor Recommendations

~ Provide a Copy of your "Visa" Status (non U.S. citizens only) - P.R., L1 & H1B are a few examples

~ Official TOEFL or MELAB (if your BS is Intl.) A waiver may be requested by written statement stating your English Proficiency and will be considered, however, the Graduate Committee may request the Toefl or Melab.

Students requesting an F-1 or J-1 visa and live outside of the U.S.A:

~ Official Bachelor's Degree/Diploma & Transcript with Degree Conferral date (Certificate or Department letter will NOT be accepted) - ONLY original, directly from the University/College Registrar's office or an official notarized "True Copy" is accepted

~ Affidavit of Financial Support FORM - Signature must be provided on this form, the same persons providing the Bank Statements.

~ Official Bank Statements - MUST include the Account number and exact amount in the account (Must be liquid not solvent)

~ Original TOEFL Scores - We can accept a copy, only if, you have recently taken the test & the ORIGINAL is on the way
