The University of Michigan-Dearborn’s International Leadership Institute in Operations and Technology (ILIOT) offers a unique curriculum for international leaders who want to acquire professional expertise in leadership practices. Customized courses in topic areas such as Automotive Engineering, Computing Technology, Engineering Management, Manufacturing, Organizational Issues, Entrepreneurship, Programming and General Purpose Software, Software for Engineering Design and Analysis, Quality Improvement and/or Statistical Processes are available to program participants. Experiential in design, the program provides depth and breadth in course topics by integrating instruction with simulations, teamwork opportunities and classroom discussions.
