This program acquaints non U.S. engineers, scientists, and business leaders with American methods of engineering, manufacturing, innovation, research, product development and management through custom internships.  Invited scholars from Russia, Belarus, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, South Africa, Vietnam, China and Romania have participated in the program.

This program offers a unique curriculum for international enterprise and government leaders who want to acquire professional expertise in western leadership practices.  Customized courses in areas such as technology, engineering, management, operations, organizational learning, entrepreneurship, finance, and human resources are available to program participants.  Experiential in design, the program provides depth and breadth in course topics by integrating instruction with simulations, teamwork opportunities, and classroom discussions.  At the conclusion of the program, participants complete a capstone project that corresponds to a professional area of interest.
