Author Instructions


Please follow the instruction below to prepare and submit the camera-ready version for each accepted paper in the conference or workshops proceedings. Please remember that at least one author of each accepted paper must register using the regular registration rate to ensure that the paper is included in the conference or workshop proceedings. The detailed conference registration information can be found on the registration page. 

Conference

In order to be published in the conference proceedings, submission of the camera-ready version and copyright form for each accepted paper must be done via this IEEE Conference eXpress (ICDCS 2008 Author Kit) site, and the hard submission deadline is March 23,  2008. Please remember that the maximum page length for papers in the ICDCS conference is 8 pages with additional 4 pages at $250 per page.

Workshops

In order to be published in the workshop proceedings, submission of the camera-ready version and copyright form for each accepted paper must be done via this IEEE Conference eXpress (ICDCS Workshops 2008 Author Kit) site, and the hard submission deadline is March 23,  2008. Please remember that the maximum page length for papers in the ICDCS workshops is 6 pages (No extra pages allowed).
