Submission Deadline:  11:59pm US Pacific Time, November 15, 2007 11:59pm US Pacific Time, November 20, 2007(Extended)  Due to requests made by many authors, we have now decided to extend the submission deadline to 11:59pm US Pacific Time, November 20, 2007. No more extension will be granted due to the time limitation of conference operation. Thank you again for your interest in this conference.

Submission Instructions: In the earlier version of CFP, it was stated that the submitted paper should not exceed 25 double-spaced pages. However, to be consistent with the format of the final camera ready papers, we now prefer authors to submit their papers in the IEEE 8.5" x 11" Two-Column Format with 10-12 point font (Template: DOC, LaTeX). All submissions should be in PDF Format. Each submission can have 8 pages plus up to 4 additional pages. Once the paper is accepted, the additional pages in the camera-ready version will be charged $250 per page.
